These terms apply to Mission Academy at academy.carryingthecross.com, operated by André Rocha, doing business as Carrying the Cross, a sole proprietorship based in Georgia, United States (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

Purchases and licenses

• An individual purchase gives one person access to the course or courses bought.
• A Church License gives the church that buys it access to every course in the catalog for an unlimited number of its own people for 12 months from purchase. The buyer manages seats from the team dashboard.
• Seats are for people in the buying church. Please don’t share logins or resell access.
• Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are purchases of training, not donations, and are not tax-deductible gifts.

Course content

Courses are for your personal and church use. You may print discussion guides for your own groups. You may not copy, record, republish or sell the content without written permission.

Certificates

Certificates show that a learner completed a course on this site. They are not academic credit or ordination credentials.

Refunds

See the refund policy.

Changes and availability

We may update courses, fix errors or change these terms. We’ll post changes here with a new date. We aim to keep the site available but can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted.

Limits

The courses are educational. They do not replace medical, legal, security or financial advice for a specific trip or situation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
