Why Mission Academy

Most churches care about missions. Few have been trained for it.

Committees inherit budgets and partner lists. Trip teams get a packing list and a passport reminder. Good intentions are not the problem. Preparation is.

These courses give committees and teams what usually gets passed along informally, if at all: a biblical reason for sending, a strategy you can explain, healthy partnerships, and a way of going that honors the people who welcome you.

What we believe about missions

  • Partnership comes before projects
  • We go as guests and learners
  • Fewer, deeper relationships last longer
  • Helping should never harm
  • The goal is faithfulness, not just activity

Beyond the courses, André advises pastors, churches and mission organizations on mission strategy, mobilization and leadership development, and speaks at churches and conferences.
