Refund Policy

Mission Academy is operated by André Rocha, doing business as Carrying the Cross, a sole proprietorship based in Georgia, United States (“we”, “us”). We want every church and learner to be glad they took a course.

Individual courses and bundles

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course. For a bundle, the 25% applies to each course in it.

Church License

A Church License can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if the people on it have, together, completed less than 25% of the lessons in any one course.

What happens after a refund

Access to the refunded courses ends, and any seats on a refunded Church License are released. Certificates earned from that purchase stop verifying.

How to ask

Email andre@carryingthecross.com with your order number. We usually reply within two business days, and card refunds normally appear within 5 to 10 business days.
